Your loan servicer does not want to foreclose, but you need to understand there is only a small window of opportunity to work something out with your loan servicer, either it is missing documents, applying for loan modification, or loan reinstatement (property has been foreclosed, but your servicer has hired me to see if you may be interested in a loan reinstatement), or a short sale.
