I met Christina through a mutual friend. I had become frustrated with living in an apartment and wanted a stable environment to raise my son. The first time I met Tina was at a childs birthday party and she did not hesitate to dirve me to a town home that I saw online that I was considering which was nearby. I changed my mind a lot and Tina never became or voiced frustration, but always took into consideration that I was a first time home buyer. She sent me updates every day.She answered ALL my questions and I am sure explained things more than once to me. At one time I gave up and she said okay, save your money and when you are ready to call her. I did not have peace with my decision, and so I called her and she emailed me a tone of information on builder who had programs for first time home buyers. Immediately my hope was restored. One day we went to look at a property in an area that I definitely did not consider but it had an excellent school district for my son and I really like the landscape of the house, also it fit the needs of my son and I. They showed me one property and I thought it was too small, Tina never pressured me ,but reassured me that I would be happy here, so then there was a house under construction next door which was exactly what I prayed for. I was immediately taken back to the sales center and picked out all of amenities like the carpet, tile, countertop, ect, for a BRAND NEW HOUSE THAT WOULD BE BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP!! Also, ironically I live a block from the lake in the neighborhood which I LOVE water and always wanted to live by which she had no idea. SO I knew it was God-sent! It was surreal experience. We ran into a few problems along the way which was out of our control such as the sales person giving me incorrect information on the house like saying it would have arches and it didn't. Tina called their corporate office and spoke to the Vice President I believe, and they gave me the other amenities of the house without charge. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today with a Realtor who did not care about just receiving her percentage but she honestly cared about the person she was working for and she fought a lot of battles for me. She really did go above and beyond. I am single parent with limited resources, I never felt belittled or forgotten. She always answered the phone, responded to emails, and answered every single question I asked. For I know I prayed for help and I know that GOD sent me her, she is now not just my Realtor but also a friend.
